This level is cleared early in the run, as it allows you to get a life bottle, which you will need for Inside the Asylum and also because it is a potential run killer. It's easy to fall into the water and lose a life bottle when you are running about. Don't be afraid to stop and move the camera because it's better than falling in. The route for collecting the helmets is shown in the video. Don't bother with talking to the Boat man at the start. There is also a level loop which is needed for this run (see below).
When the last helmet is collected the gate will close and enemies will spawn. The gate will only open when all the enemies are killed. As this is time consuming (and in Any% you only have the small sword and the club), it is easier to loop out and past the closed gate.
The loop is demonstrated in the video below. You begin the loop at the top edge of the area. As you jump out count to 3 and then close the inventory whilst holding circle and right on the dpad/analogue stick. If successful you will drop down and land behind the gate and will be able to continue on to the exit.
This category uses the same route as Any%, but you have to kill the enemies instead of level looping. Use the hammer.
