The route for Dan's Crypt is the same for all categories - the level is the shortest in the game and consists of collecting a rune, lifting a life bottle and using the collected rune to exit the level.

For the Max% categories you MUST return to Dan's Crypt to get the life bottle as it cannot be collected when first in the level. However it is useful to return and get this life bottle if you are not confident in the other categories.
