Mad Farmers are enemies from MediEvil. They can be found in the Scarecrow Fields level. Their role is replaced by the Hay Monsters in MediEvil: Resurrection.

Involvement

The farmers are undead that hide in haystacks. Upon Dan's approach toward a haystack, they jump out and attack him with their pitchforks. Slashing them with the Broad Sword is the easiest way to kill them.

Trivia

In early versions of the game as seen in its promotional trailer, the farmers come out of wagons of hay instead of haystacks.
The farmers are called "Hay Monsters" in MediEvil's official strategy guide. This name shouldn't be confused with the enemies of the same name.
