Bats are hostile creatures that Sir Dan can encounter in the Scarecrow Fields, the Crystal Caves, and Inside the Asylum.

The bats can be very annoying, but can be defeated with ranged weapons, such as the Throwing Daggers or the Crossbow without much difficulty.
